Do my credits expire?
Credits never expire as long as your subscription remains active. If you downgrade or cancel, all unused credits are forfeited.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, retain all credits, and include a one-time upgrade bonus. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle and will forfeit any credit balance.

What counts as a revision?
A revision is any correction or adjustment requested after initial delivery. All plans include up to 3 free revisions per image under our fair usage policy.

What if I need images faster than my plan’s turnaround time?
Every plan can purchase paid expedited edits.

Do you offer PSD files?

How do I know which plan is right for me?
If you process fewer than 100 images/month, Starter or Growth is ideal. Studios with consistent weekly shoots should choose Pro or Business. High-volume teams or agencies should choose Scale, Corporate, or Enterprise.
